Responsibilities

Robot Palletize Operator

Full-Time Day Shift (7:45am-8pm, 223 Schedule)

Full-Time Night Shift (7:45pm-8am, 223 Schedule)

Palletizers are responsible for lifting and placing the cases of finished product on the appropriate pallet in the correct configuration once the conveyor system transports the finished product from the packaging area to the palletizer area. Individuals in this role will assist in ensuring the plant environment meets food safety cleanliness objectives and operates according to established safety standards.

  • Assist with moving product and materials from packing area to warehouse by pulling jacks filled with product.
  • Maintaining GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Maintaining and following all safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and integrity always.
  • Maintaining appropriate housekeeping standards.
  • Completes all Palletizing functions in accordance with established quality, packaging and palletizing standards.
  • Communicates with Packers, PMO's, Quality Assurance, Dock Operators and Supervision.
  • Visually inspects finished product and cases.
  • Recognizes finished cases quality issues.
  • Applies labels to finished cases to identify, product, brand, code date.
  • Ability to trouble shoot issues with Pad Lockers.
  • Ensures work area is kept clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform shutdown and startup procedures.
  • Assist QA and shipping with quality holds.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1-2 years previous experience in warehouse environment a plus

Experience using pallet jacks both manual and hydraulic preferred

Experience working in a fast-paced food or beverage warehouse facility a plus

Pay Range

Salary Range: USD $18.14/Hr. - USD $20.05/Hr.
