Now hiring Part-Time Production Worker |General Laborer positions in Telford, TN- Multiple shifts available!

Job Duties for Part-Time Production Worker | General Laborerposition:

• Scan manufacturing orders and record labor
• Interpret work instructions or CAD drawings to determine materials and units of measure
• Install components such as PC boards, wire harnesses, grommets, c-clips, washers, and ball bearings using close vision
• Lift or move up to 25 pounds, use small hand tools, and identify wires by color, marking, or length
• Use basic math to complete stock transit tickets and transfer materials
• Communicate clearly, listen actively, and respond effectively to questions
• Ensure accuracy and quality, seek improvement, apply feedback, and monitor work
• Meet or exceed piece rate productivity standards and complete tasks efficiently
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Part-Time Production Worker | General Laborerposition:

• Minimum of 3 months relevant work experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of standing for full shift and performing physical movements (bending, kneeling, reaching, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good hand dexterity
