Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living is a partnership between Signature HealthCARE and Ballad Health bringing a new level of health care services to the Tri-Cities area. The new Princeton Transitional Care will provide a new home for skilled-nursing care and will add 60 assisted living apartments, 47 short-term skilled-nursing and rehab private suites. The vision, to radically change the landscape of healthcare, forever. Through education and empowerment, we earn the trust of every patient, family member, and the community we serve.

How you Will make a difference

• Monitor resident call lights
• Passing of food trays and other requested items
• Make beds
• Clean residents personal care and grooming items
• All other duties as assigned

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
