MUST HAVES: Ability to work in a fast pace-busy environment while supporting 2 Exec's on East and West Coasts, work in multiple time zones, scheduling is a priority, and must build a relationship with other Exec admins to work together when scheduling - may be conflicts with upper level execs, be proactive and collaborative to resolve any issues, professional demeanor, Excellent Comm Skills, Ask Questions, be very detailed, be able to write emails, Proficient in Outlook-Book conf rooms, will be using Concur - booking travel, proficient with the use of MS Teams, Using Google docs - very important, will also be helping in Organizing some events- exp in that field is preferred.

Our Direct to Consumer team oversees the streaming businesses within Entertainment, helping to bring Company's best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere.
The Executive Assistant will dual support and report to the Senior Vice President of the Technical Account Management Team as well as the Vice President of Commerce, Partner, and Experience Operations Team. This person will be responsible for executive support and team related administration for both leaders. The ideal candidate is able to tactfully and effectively manage the office of these executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The candidate should have the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with creative resourcefulness and little guidance, a strong attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to exercise good judgment and confidentiality.
Coordinating/confirming all matters for heavy calendar load of mainly internal meetings. This entails the coordination with other executive offices, managing the video conference, dial-in and room details, and coordinating meetings over multiple time zones
Provide additional administrative and office support such as setting up video calls, booking conference rooms, answering incoming phone calls, detailing messages, distributing mail, scanning and tracking documents, maintaining subscriptions, communicating to the department about events and trainings, and ordering supplies
Managing all travel arrangements and trip tracking/oversight (flight, hotel, car, meeting coordination) and all related expense management
• Coordinate team and departmental events and outings
• Interaction with various internal departments, IT support, other Administrative Assistants, external organizations and executive management globally
• Support basic office functions as required (i.e. maintain copy/supplies room, stock kitchen supplies, sort mail)
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Provide coverage for other departmental EA as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
• Polished, poised, senior-level executive assistant with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting senior executives (VP+) within large, corporate environments
• Extensive experience coordinating the scheduling of meetings with multiple executive offices
• Proven experience supporting an executive in a corporate environment
• Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality - exercising discretion, judgment, and diplomacy
• Must be able to expertly draft and transcribe correspondence (emails, memos, letters, reports)
• Strong technical proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint) and familiarity with the Google Apps suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) as well as information systems (Concur, Workday, Airtable)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize, independently managing and accomplishing a variety of assignments punctually and efficiently
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills, precise attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through
• Unusually strong organizational skills, with a passion for details
• Proven skills at building and maintaining business relationships, multi-tasking and being graceful under pressure
• A "can-do" attitude
• Ability to work as a team member with peers, junior staff, and senior execs
• Passion for The Company's segments, brands, and franchises
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP, Concur and Casual Buyer/COUPA, Splan experience a plus
• SVOD or Direct-to-Consumer experience a plus
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
