Role OverviewSodexo powered by &friends is seeking an Executive Chef for Providence Academy, a private K-12 school in Johnson City, TN You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the &friends brand and bringing its vision to life. Set in the vibrant Tri‑Cities region, Johnson City offers a lively downtown, strong community feel, and easy access to mountain trails, lakes, and scenic views.What You'll Dobe responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production;oversee the PrimeroEdge food management systemmenu development;ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented and maintained;oversee catering functions have the ability and willingness to motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid staff);provide stellar customer/client service;ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; andhave working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
