Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting site leadership and/or public services as needed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, loading areas, and restricted spaces as assigned, verifying authorized access and documenting unusual activity in accordance with post orders.; Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site leadership, and support security-related investigations by preserving information and observations.
