Key Responsibilities
-Answer and manage all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Schedule all customer estimates and jobs efficiently and accurately
-Coordinate schedule to maximize team productivity and customer satisfaction
-Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
-Friendly, professional phone presence
-Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer applications
-Previous administration or scheduling experience a plus.
