Are you looking for an entry-level packing position that offers weekly pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Utility Packaging | Stock Labor Worker positions in Afton, TN.

Perks & Benefits:

• $13-14 / Hour (Depending on Position)
  • 6:30am-3pm
  • 2:30pm-11pm
  • 10:30pm-7am
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity of long-term after 90 days)

Job Duties for Utility Packaging | Stock Labor Worker positions:

• Follow all plant, safety, and OSHA regulations
• Load and feed materials into hoppers and equipment
• Assist with feeding, catching, and forming parts or assemblies
• Inspect and package products into containers for processing or shipment
• Perform rework, salvage, and miscellaneous hand or table tasks as needed
• Complete production orders, fill lines, and maintain machine logs
• Conduct quality checks and audits per procedures
• Load trailers, boxcars, and maintain pallets
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Other duties as required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Good hand dexterity and basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong oral communication and reasoning skills
• Quality focused and safety conscious
• Flexible and able to move between jobs as needed
• Adhere to all plant, safety, and OSHA regulations
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
