Host / Dining Room Attendant

Position:

• Part-Time or Full-Time
• 5:30pm or earlier start time until 10:30pm-11:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by helping guests and delivering food to their tables.
• Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly.
• Maintain a clean & organized dining room while following sanitation and safety procedures.
• Deep clean in the dining room, bathrooms, and kitchen.
• Model and support clear communications between the front of house and host staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Adaptable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, and crouching and bending to clean.
