Builders FirstSource - 691 Suncrest Drive - Responsibilities: Coordinate installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department; Keep management advised on issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints; Coordinate delivery and installation of products/material at customer's sites; Ensure customer complaints are handled in a timely manner; Obtain building permits and ensure that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off
