Trillium Staffing - - Responsibilities: Safely rig, lift, and move heavy industrial equipment during plant shutdown activities; Install, remove, and relocate equipment and materials using cranes, hoists, and rigging systems; Work closely with crane operators to guide loads using hand signals and two-way radio communication; Inspect rigging gear prior to use and ensure equipment meets safety standards; Interpret and execute engineered lift plans and critical lift procedures
