Summary:
The Corporate Pharmacy Business Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, supporting, and optimizing the pharmaceutical supply chain at a system level across Ballad Health. This person will manage relationships, billing services, and compliance with contracted 340B pharmacies. Assists with implementation of and adherence to 340B related policies and procedures. This person will typically manage multiple projects simultaneously and will be expected to work in cooperation with Pharmacy site managers and multi-facility Directors of Pharmacy, amongst other stakeholders to ensure that organizational priorities are met.

Additional responsibilities may include strategic partnerships with Service Line leaders, representation on system level committees, and collaboration on departmental and inter-professional initiatives.

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's degree and:
• Minimum of two (2) years of previous pharmacy optimization/340B experience. Five (5) years of pharmacy optimization experience preferred.

Prior multi-site or system level pharmacy experience preferred.
