Essential Job Functions:

• Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to support the mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere, promoting teamwork and a fun working environment.
• Engage with customers enthusiastically, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality food and products that delight our customers.
• Assemble sandwiches and assist with the Hot Bar.
• Slice meats and cheeses to ensure quality and freshness.
• Serve delicious food and beverages to customers.
• Take phone orders for food items and specialty cakes with precision.
• Keep the workstation and surrounding areas clean and organized by washing dishes, mopping, and general tidying.
• Ensure that packaged products for self-service are properly labeled with correct weights and ingredients.
• Adhere to the company's Food Safety program to ensure health and safety standards.
• Assist in stocking products and maintaining proper product rotation.
• Be prepared to undergo cross-training in various roles to enhance teamwork and flexibility.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to meet the standard physical, mental, and visual demands of the job.
• Capable of following verbal and written instructions, performing routine tasks, and interacting with diverse individuals regularly.
• Commitment to attending scheduled shifts and adhering to company attendance policies.
