Hard Rock - - Responsibilities: Giving guests knowledgeable information on Hotel products and services and executing all guests requests; Make bookings, reservations and other requests for guests on and off property; Act as an ambassador for the guest services department; Guide and direct guests of the property in a professional and courteous manner; Perform other duties as assigned
