Now hiring Customer Service Representative
Johnson City, TN
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 11:30 am - 8 pm | Training hours 9 am - 5 pm

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Brings a high school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Has strong typing skills and computer knowledge
- Is confident navigating tech and new systems
- Works well under pressure while staying calm
- Can juggle multiple tasks with a smile
- Loves turning challenges into solutions
- Communicates clearly and listens attentively
- Keeps accurate notes and details in order
- Solid weekly pay

- Answering incoming calls and emails, as well as following up on previous issues with customers, solving electric and gas water heater equipment issues,
- Detailing call, installation, and product information.
- Researching product/part information, inputs/documents, and maintaining/updates records using multiple web-based systems.
- Makes warranty-related decisions.
- Other duties as assigned.
