Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems; Identify enhancements that will provide customer systems reliability and sustainability; Provide labor and material quotes to support recommendations; Consult with customers on comfort, building inefficiency and other service-related issues; Participate in weekend, night, and holiday call out service on a rotating basis
