Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is seeking a versatile and highly reliable Program Coordinator to support the Science, Technology, and Innovation Board (STIB). The STIB is comprised of former senior military and government officials, as well as leaders from industry and academia, who provide independent advice to the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (USW(R&E)) and senior Department of War (DoW) leadership on modern science and technology (S&T) challenges.

The Operations Coordinator will provide tasking, correspondence, facility, membership, and studies coordination for all STIB formal and informal meetings and interactions, as required by STIB government staff.

As the STIB Operations Coordinator, you will:

• Provide programmatic support directly to the STIB Executive Director.
• Provide Programmatic and Administrative Support, including:
• Submitting, tracking, and responding to actions in the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)
• Office management and leadership
• Brainstorm and offer creative solutions to address office needs in the most effective manner
• Coordinate the posting, archiving, and sharing of STIB studies, reports, and products
• Monitor and manage STIB office email mailboxes and calendars
• Conduct records management of STIB official records as needed
• Coordinate the utilization of STIB websites and network data storage systems
• Provide event assistance in preparation and execution of special STIB events and other office-level meetings
• Assist the STIB team in processing and tracking Special Government Employee (SGE) status of STIB members
• Assist the STIB team in tracking the STIB FACA process
• Compile, package, and publish all FACA notes and materials from studies and task forces
• Support the Annual Comprehensive Review (ACR)
• Track and coordinate all taskers, drills, and exercises within the STIB office assigned to STIB Executive Staff to ensure no deadlines are missed.

Support the STIB office in managing its membership and Task Force database, and provide timely, effective written and verbal communication to advance office goals. This includes compiling information from Task Forces; copying and binding briefings and reports; formatting slides; planning pre-brief review sessions; providing hard copies; submitting read-aheads; obtaining appropriate releasability through the ASW(R&E) process; and supporting other related efforts.

• Facilitate communications between the STIB office, STIB members, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Under general supervision, conduct studies and analyses of pertinent topics.
• Apply analytical problem-solving methodologies and assist with report writing, editing, and compilation of meeting notes.
• Provide analytical support to STIB task forces as assigned. Support includes:
• Conducting background research (e.g., archival analysis of previous STIB studies; review of public and private sources for relevant data)
• Coordinating and preparing meeting agendas and report outlines at the direction of the Government
• Facilitating communications among task force members, Government advisors, and invited guests and speakers
• Preparing FACA notes for official task force meetings
• Assisting in the preparation of task force briefings and final reports
• Supporting special projects (e.g., Fubini Awards)
