Capstone Restaurant Group - Up to $63000.00/year - - Responsibilities: Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.; Evaluates each restaurants QSC standards; provides regular feedback and coaching; conducts periodic inspections.; Communicates customer comments to the appropriate Restaurant Manager and follows up to ensure timely resolution.; Ensures General Managers and GMITs receive appropriate orientation, training, and development opportunities; trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback.; Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs; matches skills to restaurant needs to maximize results.
