3rd Shift (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM)
The NOC Application specialist provides service and support for applications and solutions. This position works for the internal and external customers of NS2. Work is done primarily via email but could also include phone and in person meetings. This role is customer service focused with an emphasis of monitoring customer equipment and providing solutions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience
Travel: 0%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 11:30PM and 8:00AM Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required.
