Customer Service Representative - Work From Home
Remote | Starting at $12/hour + pay increases as you grow

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

This position requires flexibility to work split shifts, defined as schedules in which employees work a portion of the day, take a scheduled break, and return later to complete the remaining hours.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the voice our customers hear when they call in for help. Your main focus is answering their questions, troubleshooting issues, and making sure every call leaves them feeling heard and helped. You'll document interactions and keep our customer records accurate and organized.

As you gain experience and new skills (around 45 days in), you'll expand into additional responsibilities such as appointment scheduling, order taking, and more.
