Your new role:
- Be bold and curious - identify and pursue new business opportunities, push beyond the obvious, and experiment with fresh approaches to expand the client portfolio.
- Own the outcomes - establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, negotiate B2B contracts with integrity, and see initiatives through to delivery.

- Champion the customer - understand client needs, align solutions, and proactively drive value through cross-selling and strategic engagement.

- Program Operations & Workforce Delivery
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the MSP program across manufacturing facilities and professional business areas.
- Support requisition intake, talent sourcing processes, onboarding, assignment management, and offboarding.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand labor needs, production cycles, and workforce planning requirements.
Vendor-on-Premise (VOP) Oversight - Oversee VOP teams and onsite supplier representatives to ensure smooth coordination at manufacturing sites.
- Monitor attendance, safety compliance, shift coverage, and real-time labor support for production environments.
- Ensure VOP practices align with plant operations, workforce demands, and quality standards.
Supplier & Vendor Management - Maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and program expectations.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews, scorecard assessments, and participate in business reviews.
- Support rate governance, cost controls, and vendor rationalization initiatives.
Governance & Compliance - Ensure compliance with labor regulations, safety standards, and classification requirements (including IC review support).
- Maintain documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to plant-level and corporate policies.
- Support process and policy education for hiring managers and suppliers.
VMS Technology Management - Oversee day-to-day VMS usage, ensuring data integrity, accurate manager usage, and workflow adherence.
- Train hiring managers and suppliers on system processes, requirements, and updates.
- Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system utilization.
SOW & International Program Support (Preferred) - Assist with SOW request intake, supplier coordination, documentation, and milestone tracking (preferred).
- Provide support to international teams or sites as needed, aligning global reporting, compliance standards, and supplier coordination.
Reporting & KPI Monitoring
Track and report on key program metrics including: - Fill rates, time-to-start, and hiring cycle times
- Manufacturing and VOP support responsiveness
- Supplier performance, quality of hire, and turnover
- Rate card adherence and cost-savings initiatives
- VMS adoption, accuracy, and workflow efficiency
Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance supplier performance, and improve hiring manager experience.
- Support change management initiatives, communication plans, and rollout of new tools or processes.
Qualifications - 5-7+ years of experience in MSP operations, contingent workforce programs, staffing, or manufacturing workforce support.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or light-industrial environments.
- Knowledge of VOP models and onsite workforce management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting hiring managers and suppliers.
- Proficiency with VMS tools such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Workday/VNDLY, or similar.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills - Experience with SOW processes, project-based talent, or milestone tracking.
- Knowledge of independent contractor management, IC evaluation, or compliance reviews.
- International workforce program exposure or support experience.
- Data analysis skills and experience generating operational reporting.
What you will get: - We offer base compensation of $100,000 plus 10% bonus based on performance
- Remote schedule with CST or EST time zone.
