Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Evening Crew Supervisor to oversee all transactions and ensure efficient service to our customers. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience while managing customer interactions effectively.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely product delivery, processing payments accurately, and satisfying customers with outstanding service. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be the face of our establishment during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers as they enter and exit the restaurant.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, product quality, and quantities served.
  • Handle payments through cash and credit card transactions.
  • Provide change and receipts to customers promptly.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of each position and fill in as needed to maintain timely product delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Train and mentor new crew members to uphold service standards.
  • Encourage upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers.
  • Basic computer literacy is necessary.
  • Strong math skills to accurately handle transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively.
  • Proven ability to resolve complaints satisfactorily.
