As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our Management Team to ensure smooth operations and upholding both Charter Foods and brand standards. You will lead your team with enthusiasm, assist when necessary, and guide others to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include ensuring team members complete their assignments, managing inventory efficiently, and maintaining financial accountability. Your approachable nature will help provide safe, high-quality food to our customers promptly. You will also contribute to a safe work environment for both employees and patrons.

Essential Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Familiarity with basic business math and accounting, along with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to oversee and inspire team members while working alongside them.
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, lift and carry trash containers, and manage cleanliness in the parking lot and surrounding areas.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs., and handle a physically demanding role for a majority of the shift.
