Job Descrition:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain highly resilient and performant DevOps pipelines.
• Develop, automate, and maintain infrastructure and deployment tools, with a focus on resiliency and performance engineering.
• Proactively monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases, while ensuring performance and resilience.
• Conduct regular performance audits, identify bottlenecks, and propose and implement optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner, with a focus on minimizing impact on production systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices and architectural improvements for performance and resilience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the DevOps space, particularly those related to resiliency and performance engineering.
• Drive operational and engineering excellence by implementing best practices, standardizing processes, and promoting automation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in either Java, Node.js, or Go, with a proven ability to deploy and manage applications built on these technologies.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Github, CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of resiliency and performance engineering principles, and experience in implementing and optimizing systems for high availability and performance.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack and Splunk.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a production environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving operational and engineering excellence through best practices and automation.
