Position Title: OneStream Implementation Manager

The OneStream Implementation Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end implementation of OneStream projects, ensuring that client needs are met through customized solutions. This position requires collaboration with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies to enhance finance operations. The manager will lead small engagements and components of larger projects, while also mentoring junior staff. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, as it involves regular interaction with high-level executives in a dynamic environment. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced setting and be prepared to navigate the complexities of finance transformation projects.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 / Year DOE

OneStream Implementation Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver small engagements or components of larger Finance Transformation projects
• Work closely with clients to identify needs and provide tailored solutions
• Oversee the quality of deliverables by effectively managing team members
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and presentations
• Mentor and develop junior staff while managing client relationships
• Engage in presales, proposals, and RFP activities
• Travel as necessary to meet client demands

OneStream Implementation Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an implementation manager in a Hyperion or OneStream firm
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• OneStream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation
• Experience implementing OneStream with at least two end-to-end implementations, or 10+ years in Hyperion
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in writing business rules and technology implementation methodologies
• Ability to manage customer engagements and lead teams of 3-5 people
• Technical experience combined with financial knowledge is essential
• OneStream Architect Certification is preferred
• OneStream Certified Lead Architect is preferred
• Certified Public Accountant is preferred
• MBA is preferred
• Prior experience in FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Accounting is preferred
• Director-level candidates may also be considered
