Client Delivery Specialist (Fully Remote)

About the Role
We're seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to manage hazard claim-related portfolios from start to finish within a mortgage servicing operation. This fully remote position is ideal for someone with hands-on familiarity with servicing workflows, able to coordinate across departments, manage client-facing portfolios, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact and manage multiple hazard claim portfolios, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with service agreements, while providing updates, resolving issues, and escalating client inquiries as needed.
  • Coordinate with Operations, IT, and other internal teams to resolve system or process issues and ensure accurate, timely and compliant portfolio execution.
  • Track key metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Support client events and initiatives, including preparation, scheduling, follow-up and addressing client inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience working within a mortgage servicer or bank default servicing operation, including serving as an escalation point for resolving cross-functional operational issues.
  • Prior hazard insurance claims experience is required.
  • 3+ years of account management or a client-facing experience, including managing communication, reporting, or portfolio interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
