Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by adhering to Lowe's customer service policies and procedures.

• Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets align with Lowe's standards.

• Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and leadership to communicate project priorities and requirements.

• Analyze metrics to provide valuable feedback on project execution to store and corporate leaders.

• Engage with customers as needed, assisting them in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.

• Provide knowledgeable responses to queries about products, stock availability, special orders, and warranties.

• Ensure products are in-stock by managing stock, replacing displays, and using power equipment as instructed.

• Identify and remove damaged products, handling them appropriately per company guidelines.

• Maintain accurate signage and verify product pricing for clarity and visibility.

• Organize products to ensure proper placement and support add-on sales.

• Keep store areas clean and safe, performing daily safety checks and adhering to safety protocols.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including changing light bulbs and reporting larger issues.

• Adhere to merchandising standards, including setting up displays according to planograms.

• Assist with various store operations and take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience on a sales floor.

• 6 months of experience with product merchandising and planogram execution.

• 3 months of experience operating power equipment.
