Orbital is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter for a REMOTE WORK role to support the continued growth of our team. This role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience and extensive experience recruiting Substation and Transmission Line Engineers, Designers and Project Managers.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment. Responsibilities include developing strategies for identifying, attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring talented individuals into the organization through recruiting website, employee referrals, advertising, search firms, college relations, and other sourcing methods.
