As a Sales and Customer Support Associate, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert assistance in our various product departments. Your primary role is to offer fast and friendly service, delivering valuable information to help customers successfully complete their projects.

In this dynamic position, you will:

• Greet, qualify, and recommend products to customers in your department.
• Close sales and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your assigned areas.
• Ensure safety standards are met by correcting hazards or reporting unsafe conditions promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with your Department Supervisor and other associates across different departments.

Areas you may work in include Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. This role encompasses various positions such as Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
