JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as a strategic hiring partner to business and functional leaders, delivering end-to-end recruiting for roles across the organization. In this role, you will balance hands on execution with guiding hiring processes and expectations. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support high-growth, complex roles navigating ambiguity and evolving business needs. You will bring strong market insight, sound judgment, and a consultative approach to recruiting. The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead will play a key role in delivering a strong hiring experience for candidates and business leaders.

  • Lead full cycle, recruiting for internal hiring,
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Leaders and the business to understand role scope, success profiles and market maps.
  • Proactively source and engage entry to senior-level talent using a variety of channels, including direct outreach and network-based recruiting.
  • Background supporting scaling organization, where roles expectations and processes may be evolving.
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience through the hiring process including offer acceptance and pre-onboarding.
  • Contribute to the evolution of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Meet weekly sub goals set by Manager of Talent Acquisition
  • Act as an advisor and consultant to hiring managers to guide them on hiring trends, candidate profiles, and internal processes
  • Manage multiple workflows to source and screen candidates for open reqs
  • Special projects as required (e.g., process documentation, hiring events, audits etc.)
  • Train and coach Talent Specialists and Sourcing Specialists when needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education, experience, and skills
  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, significant in-house talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting a variety of roles, with a preference for experience supporting senior seller, consultant, or executive level positions
  • Strong sourcing and closing skills for talent in competitive market
  • Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or solutions-based organization, preferred
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and varying levels of hiring maturity
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with ATS and recruiting tools with an ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships, internally and externally, across levels
  • Proven ability for strong time management skills with a strong attention to detail and processes
  • Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or solutions-based organization, preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large and diverse workload
  • We are hiring remotely in the US except in CA, CO,WA and NY
