Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Representative to join our team in Johnson City, TN. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order processing, and general warehouse support. This is a temp-to-hire position offering in-person interviews and hands-on training.

What Youll Do (Day-to-Day):

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.

• Prepare, package, and palletize outgoing shipments for accuracy and timely delivery.

• Load and unload packages using proper equipment and safety procedures.

• Process returns and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Input product information into databases and ensure inventory is organized.

• Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders, including medical supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse areas.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, scanners, and step ladders.

• Provide administrative support as needed, such as data entry and record keeping.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 12 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, or inventory management.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and database software.

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Must wear steel-toed shoes.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable and able to work Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM .
