Project Manager – Signage Industry / Construction Support

At ImageLife, we design, manufacture, and install architectural signage and wayfinding systems for commercial developments across the U.S. Our turnkey model delivers branding solutions from concept to completion — trusted by general contractors, architects, and developers alike.

We're hiring a Project Manager to join our Nashville office. This role is an integral part of our team, supporting the Design and Sales team in the day-to-day execution of signage projects — helping keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

• Support Project team with project execution from estimating through installation
• Manage project schedules, coordinate delivery timelines, and communicate with vendors and subcontract installers
• Assist with creating and submitting shop drawings, submittals, and closeout documents
• Help prepare invoicing, progress billing, and retainage tracking
• Enter and maintain project data in our ERP system (Cyrious Control)
• Communicate with vendors and outsourcing partners to track material and install timelines
• Coordinate internal resources to keep fabrication and install teams aligned with deadlines

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in construction, signage, or architectural project coordination
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Experience working with vendors, installers, and outsourced partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (Cyrious preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills — especially in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on-site at our Nashville office full-time
