I'm partnering with a well-established organization to identify an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations, staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance
• Manage ~4 direct reports and 45 total associates
• Drive productivity, accuracy, safety, and food safety compliance
• Utilize WMS, voice selection systems (Lucas), and JD Edwards
• Develop cost controls, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure training, performance management, and employee engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years warehouse/engineered labor management experience
• Strong leadership, safety, and process improvement skills
• Experience with WMS, voice technology, JD Edwards, and Excel
