Company Overview: Express Employment Professionals, in partnership with a premier manufacturing company located in Tri-Cities, TN, is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join their team. This position is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential for full-time employment, along with a competitive benefits and retirement package.

Position Details:

• Position: Assembler
• Location: Tri-Cities, TN
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM (Must be flexible to work overtime when needed)
• Incentives: Attendance incentive offered after 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and parts with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate small hand tools, such as drills, and other equipment as necessary.
• Use a tape measure to ensure accurate assembly and dimensions.
• Lift and stand for extended periods as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Meet daily production goals while ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Dependability and reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
• Attention to detail: Ability to work with precision and focus.
• Strong work ethic: Be proactive and committed to quality work.
• Physical stamina: Ability to lift and stand for long periods, as well as perform repetitive tasks.
• Tool proficiency: Comfortable using hand tools like drills and measuring instruments such as a tape measure.
