About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to represent Customer Care Operations (CC Ops) and partner closely with Enterprise Technology & Information Services (TIS). This role is responsible for leading end-to-end business requirements gathering for prioritized system changes or enhancements, ensuring Customer Care needs are fully understood, documented, and implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with enterprise functional and technical teams to support all phases of Customer Information System (CIS) implementations, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Collect, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for system enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Conduct and support CIS system testing activities, including parallel billing and validation.
  • Develop strong relationships and maintain clear, consistent communication with key stakeholders across the organization, including Customer Care teams.
  • Prepare and distribute stakeholder communications outlining the impacts of system enhancements and operational changes.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, providing clarification, translating needs, and ensuring alignment.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Apply strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to facilitate complete, accurate requirements gathering.
  • Support project teams by providing subject matter expertise, ensuring system enhancements meet business and customer needs.
Qualifications

Required:
  • A related university degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience in business or systems analysis, including experience with TIS systems and solutions; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale CIS implementations and full project cycles (design, build, test, deploy).
  • Strong working knowledge of CIS and CRM applications (preferably CCB).
  • Understanding of Customer Care Operations and their business requirements.
  • Proven analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making ability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including consensus-building, negotiation, and facilitation.
  • Experience with report development, database querying, or related reporting tools (an asset).
Preferred:
  • CBAP certification or other formal business analysis credentials.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
