Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in guiding teams in
successfully creating and delivering products. As a Scrum Master at Prama, you will play a crucial role in ensuring
that our Scrum teams live by the values and practices of Scrum.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and protect them from external interruptions.
- Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, promoting continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track progress through various metrics and report on team performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
- Act as a servant leader, providing support and facilitating collaboration among team members.
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum Master certification.
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.
- A technical background in software development, testing, or project management is desirable.
- Knows agile development best practices and has scrum exposure
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Fast learner, ability to perform well in ambiguity and with little supervision
