What you'll do...

• Team Collaboration: Work together with fellow associates to strengthen the bakery team by communicating effectively and being flexible to shift to other areas as needed.
• Show Expertise: Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs. Operate baking equipment, follow recipes and instructions, and comply with food safety standards throughout the process.
• Tech Savvy: Utilize digital tools to enhance sales and improve the overall shopping experience, making informed decisions on production and product quality.
• Ownership: Maintain excellence in operations by complying with policies, ensuring quality standards, and effectively assisting members with their purchasing decisions.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the bakery department positively, ensuring high standards of service and product quality while exhibiting enthusiasm and dedication.
• Adhere to company policies, using the Open Door Policy as needed, and apply ethical standards in all business processes.
• Complete assigned tasks with a focus on priority, communication, and adaptability in response to feedback and changes.
