This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume to Jenise ...@alinestaffing.com.Compensation• The pay for this position is$17.50 per hour• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesHighlights•Temp-to-hire position•Drug test required•Steel-toed shoes required•In-person interviewsSchedule & Availability•1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM• Onsite position inJohnson City, TNResponsibilities• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips• Prepare, package, palletize, and ship outgoing orders accurately and safely• Load and unload shipments using proper equipment and safety procedures• Process returned products according to company guidelines• Enter received product data into warehouse database systems• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer medical supply orders for shipment• Maintain organized inventory storage and report discrepancies• Operate pallet jacks, rolling stairs, scanners, step ladders, and hand trucks safely• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards• Provide administrative support including data entry, record keeping, and communication tracking• Follow OSHA, company policies, and warehouse safety procedures• Perform additional warehouse duties as assignedRequirements•1–2 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience(distribution experience required)• Intermediate math skills (percentages, proportions, basic calculations)• Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities• Computer proficiency includingMicrosoft Word, Excel, and database systems• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English• Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsPhysical Requirements• Ability to lift and/or moveup to 50 lbs• Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching• Ability to remain in a standing position for extended periods• Frequent movement throughout the facility during the workday• Use of shipping tools including tape guns, staplers, box cutters, and packing equipment• Ability to climb step ladders and operate hand trucks safelyWork Environment• Temperature-controlled warehouse/office environment• Moderate noise levels• Minimal exposure to hazards with required safety precautionsEducation•Required: High School Diploma or GED
