What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Answer 50+ inbound calls daily while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support
  • Proactively identify retention risks and escalate issues as necessary
  • Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring operational discipline
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably with the employer)
  • Must possess active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain them
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
  • Commitment to personal accountability and continuous learning

  • Experience working in a customer service role within the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows
