PRECISION & TELEMATICS SPECIALIST
Job Description
- Category: Parts, Sales, & Service

- Essential Functions
- Work closely with our parts, sales, & service departments to provide precision & telematics solutions to our customers
- Install hardware and software at the dealership as well as in the field
- Schedule work orders with pertinent details including customer's chief complaint, service needs, or repair requirements
- Communicate with customer proactively on service & repair updates
- Maintain technical and product knowledge of New Holland, Case IH, & other various products
- Assist customers efficiently and appropriately with troubleshooting via phone, text, email, & in-person
- Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
- Requirements
- Background in agriculture, light construction, or equipment telematics preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical and electrical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Reliable source of transportation
