We believe that everyone deserves the power to keep more of what they earn, and we're dedicated to providing expert guidance and cutting-edge solutions to make that possible.Key Responsibilities:ReconciliationsSupport the month end close and reporting processesTroubleshoot bookkeeping work, find errors and correct themOnboarding new clients to get their books caught upRecognize when something doesnt look right and analytical skills to find/correct the issueMeetings with some of your clientsResearching, being resourceful, asking questions of your colleagues and managerContribute to process improvement by giving feedback and collaborating with tax and accounting teamsRequirements:MUST: Experience in a public tax/accounting firmExpert level QBO skillsSelf-motivated, fast learner, good work ethic, detail and deadline-orientedLove helping people, thinking outside the box, going the extra mileClient-facing experience, comfortable managing your own clientsIf you're a bookkeeper with a proven track record of working with happy clients, a passion for providing real help to growing businesses, and a drive to succeed, we want you.
