Primary Responsibilities:

Define and execute testing strategy- Coordinate system, integration, and UAT testing- Manage defect tracking and resolution- Validate readiness for go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Skills & Experience:

QA leadership for ITSM implementations- Understanding of ITSM/ITAM workflows- UAT coordination experience
