You may travel frequently and be responsible to build and maintain a high level of billable utilization as well as high levels of customer satisfaction and technical acumen./ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliWork autonomously to deliver consulting, onboarding support, training, and other consulting services./liliProvide out-bound call support and on-site visits and guidance on industry best practices related to improveit 360 software./liliJointly plan, manage, and execute the configuration and delivery of improveit 360 software with customers that are aligned to requirements objectives./liliTeam with Project Relationship Managers to keep each other apprised of customer issues, requirements, proposed solutions project status./liliAdhere to defined practices to meet or exceed expectations with customers./liliReview customer use of improveit 360 offering and make recommendations for improving business process opportunities./liliDocument complete understanding of customers product features, issues, forthcoming enhancements, and services./liliMaintain in-depth understanding of improveit 360 products (including gaps), services, internal processes, and industry best practices./liliPerform diagnostics and troubleshooting for improveit 360 software. Collaborate with customers and internal resources to address system issues./liliProvide supplemental online or onsite training as needed./liliWorks collaboratively with others to identify, reduce or eliminate unnecessary risks for customers, partners, staff, or the organization./li/ulpRequired Skills Experience:/pulli2+ years customer service or account management experience;/liliProficiency with Salesforce administration including creation of standard and custom objects and fields, email templates, workflows, etc.;/lili6+ months in a Salesforce.com administrator (or similar) role;/liliStrong oral and written presentation skills/liliDemonstrated time management skills/liliAdaptability to work independently or in a team environment at various times/liliProven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience/liliSelf-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with an eye toward high quality, on time work/liliStrong collaboration skills; ability to work with teams of people of varying skill level/liliWillingness to travel (as safety permits)/li/ulpDesired background:/pulliBachelors in technology or related field;/liliSalesforce admin certification;/liliData analytics reporting;/liliExperience in B2C, SAAS, or SMB market;/liliProven record designing, building, and optimizing features for SaaS products;/liliKnowledge of home improvement industry or similar businesses;/li/ulpWhere:/ppThe EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 USD Per Year.
