Job Details

Pay Rate Range: $75.00 - $80.98/hr on W2
Hybrid; 2-3x per week
Duties:

• Work as a part of a dedicated team following agile scrum model.
• Define key business problems to be solved, formulate mathematical approaches and gather data to solve those problems, develop, analyze/draw conclusions and present
• Create statistical and predictive models, use clustering and classification techniques and algorithms
• Participate in product and feature design with developers.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand the requirements and communicate to the team so that they could be used for better test planning and execution.
• Well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends.

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Analyst/Product management role.
• keen desire to solve business problems, and to find patterns and propose solutions that challenge and expand the thinking of everyone around them.
• Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in Agile environment is strongly desired.
• This person musy be comfortable driving projects, presenting to IT leaders, defining business value and metrics, prioritizing competing priorities, and working in a matrix.
• Must be a self starter that is passionate and curious.
• Excellent communication skills required
