About the Role: About the Role: The Ecommerce Account Manager - Marketplace & Omnichannel Retail is responsible for managing and growing Ubique Group's online retail business across a portfolio of major ecommerce partners. This role will have primary responsibility for the Target and Walmart Marketplace channels, driving strategy, execution, and performance.
This role is highly autonomous and requires a strong mix of analytical capability, strategic assortment thinking, and operational excellence. The manager will own both day-to-day account execution and long-term sales strategy, including content optimization, assortment planning, brand positioning, and performance-driven decision-making. While relationship-building is important, the emphasis is on data-driven ecommerce management rather than traditional sales.
A successful candidate is comfortable operating independently, thrives in a fast-paced digital retail environment, and consistently drives growth through hands-on management of content, pricing inputs, branded experiences, and KPI performance.
