Follow-Up & Sales Conversion Specialist YES Roofing & Exteriors | In-Office | Full-Time YES Roofing & Exteriors is growing, and we're adding a key player to our team. This role is for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up with purpose, and turning opportunities into results. If you're organized, confident on the phone, and not afraid of real conversations, this position has a direct impact on company growth and revenue. Responsibilities: Your primary focus is on following up with homeowners who have already received an estimate and helping move them toward a clear next step. You'll do this by: • Communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and CRM • Reducing the time between the estimated delivery date and the signed contract • Uncovering questions, concerns, or objections • Scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for sales reps • Clearly documenting conversations and feedback in the CRM • Sharing customer insights with the sales team so nothing gets missed • You'll also help cover incoming calls and appointment scheduling when needed, working alongside the office admin to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications: We're Looking For Someone Who: • Is comfortable having conversations — even uncomfortable ones • Follows up consistently without being pushy • Is organized, detail-oriented, and system-driven • Communicates clearly and professionally • Is confident using CRMs and tracking information • Takes ownership and accountability seriously • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or follow-up roles is preferred, but mindset and communication skills matter most Compensation: $17 - $18 per hour + Bonus
