Location: Nashville, TN. (hybrid - 2/3 days a week onsite)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience with integration, mainframe systems, and various technologies including IDM, ETL, Z platforms, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and integrate complex IT systems to ensure seamless operation and data flow across various platforms.
  • Serve as a technical expert and provide comprehensive system analysis, design, and support for mainframe and distributed systems.
  • Develop and maintain Identity Management (IDM) solutions to ensure secure access and compliance.
  • Design, develop, and manage Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for efficient data migration and integration.
  • Provide technical expertise in managing and maintaining Z platforms and VM databases.
  • Utilize COBOL and Natural programming languages for system development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Document system specifications, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and technical issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role.
  • Extensive experience with mainframe systems, including Z platforms and VM databases.
  • Proficiency in COBOL and Natural programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity Management (IDM) and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • US citizenship or permanent residency is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications in relevant technologies.
  • Experience with additional programming languages and database management systems.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry or sector.
