Senior Product Specialist (Financial Reporting Leader)

Position Description:

Seeking for a Financial Reporting Leader to revolutionize our finance organization's reporting and data management. You will be the architect of our reporting ecosystem, balancing regulatory compliance with modern data strategy innovation. Your mission is to unify internal management reporting and external statutory filings while building a robust risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Reporting Oversight: Lead all reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Data Governance & Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive data management strategy, overseeing the financial data lifecycle for integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Regulatory & Risk Management: Act as the subject matter expert on regulatory compliance and risk reporting, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Process Optimization: Drive organizational efficiencies through advanced business analysis and standardizing reporting tools.
• Technical Innovation: Use Excel, VBA, and Macros to automate workflows, guiding the transition to modern BI tools.
• Compliance: Maintain internal controls, ensuring reporting aligns with GAAP/IFRS and corporate policy.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 10 years of progressive leadership in a large-scale Finance organization.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Excel, including VBA and Macros. Experience in data architecture and tool standardization.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial risk management, and regulatory reporting.
• Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA/MSA or CPA/CFA preferred.
