Job Title

The incumbent in this position is responsible for safely handling guests' and patrons' vehicles to ensure proper parking, securing, and handling of keys.

Responsibilities

Essential functions include:

• Displaying a positive and professional attitude and presentation at all times when communicating with guests.
• Being flexible with schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays with the understanding that days off will fluctuate.
• Staging guest vehicles.
• Parking guest vehicles in the parking garage.
• Retrieving vehicles in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Education and/or experience requirements include:

High School diploma or equivalent required. The skills and abilities necessary for effective performance within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related experience.

Additional requirements include:

• Obtaining and maintaining all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Gaming Regulations.
• Successfully passing a background check.
• Successfully passing drug screening.
• Being at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Being able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
• Having a good driver's record within the last 48 months and cannot have more than 3 points on record.
• Providing a current driving record.
• Having the ability to drive various types of vehicles.
• Being tolerant of moderate to severe weather conditions.

Knowledge of:

• Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to:

• Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests.
• Remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
• Drive and handle cars of all makes and models, and all types (ie. Automatic, manual, etc.).
• Address stressful situations with guests with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness.
• Walk/run 90% of shift and stand 10% of shift.
• Tolerate running, stooping, and bending for long periods of time.
