Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the Florida Healthy Kids Program, working closely with Florida CHIP. This is a remote role open to Florida residents that requires someone who can evaluate our business operations through reporting, processreview, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to review large datasets, identify trends or gaps, and provide clear, strategic recommendations to improve overall performance and program outcomes.

Location & Working Time

City: Tallahassee, FL; Country: United States. Working time: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external communication and change processes, act as the primary point of contact.
• Work with functional area directors/managers and subject matter experts to define specific change requirements.
• Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.
• Increase effectiveness of project documentation such as reports and client communication.
• Obtain status updates and resolve questions from operational areas.
• Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities.
• Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• Familiarity with the Florida Childrens Health Insurance Program (CHIP) required.
• Experience working with large datasets, including the ability to analyze trends and identify issues required.
• Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify gaps and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with community organizations, leadership teams, vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders required.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter without the need for micromanagement.
• Florida residency required.
• Must be willing and able to work a shift between 7:30am-7:30pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday-Friday.

Home Office Requirements

• Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher.
• Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Ethernet patch cable to the home router.
• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.

Pay Transparency

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. Salary Range

Minimum Salary: $100,000.00; Maximum Salary: $130,000.00
